We've always thought of Yoplait® as an important piece of a happier, healthier life.
For 18 years, we've played a part in women's health and well-being, promoting heart
health, osteoporosis prevention and general fitness. But because breast cancer is
a threat to the health and happiness of all women, our contribution - and your help
- feel especially critical.
To date, Yoplait, its parent company General Mills and its Foundation have donated
more than $18 million to the breast cancer cause over the past 9 years. Here's what
we're doing:

This is the tenth Save Lids to Save Lives program to date. With the lids you collect,
we support Susan G. Komen for the Cure and its efforts to eradicate breast cancer,
and move closer to our donation goal of $1.5 million.
But it's not just about what the money can do for research and treatment. It's about

2008 marks the fourth year of our Yoplait Champions program with which we recognize
the remarkable contributions of individuals like you in the fight against breast
cancer. Each year, we acknowledge 25 people who have demonstrated their extraordinary
drive and commitment. To show our appreciation, Yoplait donates $1,000 to the Champion's
favorite charity. Many are organizations the Champions started themselves. Read their stories.

Since 2001, Yoplait has been the National Presenting Sponsor of the Susan G. Komen
Race for the Cure Series. As the largest 5K run and fitness walk in the world, the
Race raises both funds and awareness for the fight against breast cancer. And with
more than 100 races nationwide, in 2007 over 1 million people will share this experience
and show their support for the cause.
